R243 was first on the scene to this Scarborough townhouse and found flames coming from the upper floor. A 2nd alarm was requested and R243 stretched an attack line and a backup line into the house to fight the fire. The fire, which is believed to have been started by a faulty bathroom ceiling fan, spread into the eaves and roof, requiring A244 to stretch a third line up to the roof. One victim was transported by EMS to hospital suffering from minor smoke inhalation.
