November 10, 2010 - 2nd Alarm - 63 Limevale Cres.
November 10, 2010 -- 1:07am - East Command - "A" Shift
Subsequent to a landlord-tenant dispute in this single-storey residence, flames were spotted rolling from the rear, having started in the basement. P234 crew could see the blaze as they approached and laid a line to the back. Additional lines were stretched inside and to the roof, and the intense fire was knocked down inside but spread across much of the roof. Holes in the floors complicated interior operations but the rest of the flames were put out with $250,000 in damage. Police are seeking the tenant in connection with the outbreak.
