No sooner were things in hand on Cairnside, when this blaze was discovered in the basement of a 2-storey frame townhouse just a mile west. The fire snaked its way up the walls to the roof space before it was put out; lots of truck work followed. Damage in this incident was $200,000. © GTMAA Trumpet
