Station 244 crews arrived to heavy smoke coming from a roti restaurant in a strip plaza. A 2nd alarm was requested and crews made entry, with P244 laying in from the rear and R115 from the front. Crews were able to gain the upper hand on the blaze, but not before a partial collapse of the ceiling. The OFM was called in to investigate the cause as open containers of gasoline were found on scene.
