Fire in the roof of a 17-storey tower belonging to St. Michael's Hospital. Crews attacked the fire from the roof, and from the stairwell below, with considerable effort required to locate all the hot spots. Surrounding streets were evacuated, as several upper floor windows had to be broken to ventilate the building. The fire was believed to have been accidentally caused by workers on the roof.
